Stichting vrienden van de oorlogsgraven der geallieerden, Waalwijk en omstreken (Stichting V.O.G.W.)

Stichting V.O.G.W. attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data.
In doing so, we rely on applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation.

In this privacy statement (to be referred to as a statement) we explain how we deal with this.

We do everything we can to guarantee your privacy and therefore handle the personal data very carefully.

We do this by:
1. Process your personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided, these

purposes and type of personal data are described in this statement.
2. Limit the processing of your personal data to those data that are minimally necessary for

the purposes for which they are processed.
3. Request your explicit consent to this processing.
4. Take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security

of your personal data.
5. Not to pass on personal data to other parties, unless this is necessary for the execution

of the purposes for which they were provided.
6. Be and remain informed of your rights regarding your personal data.

Processing of personal data
The personal data of contacts of stichting V.O.G.W. processed for the following purposes:
1. Administrative purposes.
2. Communication about the foundation and/or invitations.
3. Dissemination of the annual report.

Stichting V.O.G.W. may process the following data:
1. Telephone number(s) (landline and/or mobile).
2. E-mail address.
3. Name and address.

Retention period
Your personal data will be processed by Stichting V.O.G.W. stored for the duration of your

period of donorship, sponsorship or other type of contact and thereafter only in the

financial administration for a maximum of seven years.

Provision to third parties
The data you provide to us will not be provided to third parties unless this is required and permitted by law.

We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission to do so.

Security
We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal

data against unlawful use.
The following measures have been taken:
1. All persons who, on behalf of stichting V.O.G.W. be able to take cognizance

of your data, are obliged to maintain their confidentiality.
2. We make back-ups of the personal data in order to be able to restore it in the event of

physical or technical incidents.
3. The personal data are not accessible via the internet.
4. We regularly evaluate the measures we have taken.
5. We follow the further developments regarding the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG).

The websites of the V.O.G.W. Foundation do not collect any personal data of its visitors.

Rights regarding your data
The personal data you provide can be used to:
1. See.
2. Rectify.
3. Ask to delete.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data or suffer adverse

consequences of a data breach of Stichting V.O.G.W. then you have the right to

file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, which is the

supervisory authority in the field of privacy protection.
